Consultant Emergency Medicine

We are supporting an NHS Trust in their requirements for a Locum Consultant in Emergency Medicine for an NHS Trust who are the Trauma Unit for Lancashire including patients with isolated penetrating thoracic trauma.

There is a seperate ED for children and there is access to the Regional Tertiary Cardiology & Cardiothoracic services which are located on this site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Full agency registration
• GMC Registration
• Entry onto the Specialist Register
• Payment for this is through Direct Engagement only.
• Completion of specialist training in Emergency Medicine or Completion of CESR
• Evidence of achievement of CT1/2/3 ACS Emergency Medicine competences And Completion or equivalent experience to ST4 - ST6 Emergency Medicine Training
• ALS, EPALS / APLS, ATLS/ETC
