About your role
The Centre provides care and treatment for women in differing levels of security, enabling clear care pathways and a positive patient experience.
Services provided include Medium, Low Secure and Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU) for women, over the age of 18, with personality disorder and mental illness.
The treatment approach is rehabilitation and recovery dictates that care is ‘person-centred’ as opposed to ‘disease-centred’.
The site is very spacious with extensive patient living and activity areas as well as external grounds.

Ability to work fully flexibly, covering day, night and weekend shifts
