The Role
This role is a target driven role focused on generating new candidates through recruitment activity within a specific area.
Working Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break you will be responsible for:
• Generating new candidates through various platforms such as Indeed, CVLibary, LinkedIn
• Searching CV databases for new candidates to contact.
• Writing job adverts and job descriptions
• Arranging interviews for candidates
• CV Typing and formatting
• Keeping candidate's database records up to date.
• Maintaining regular contact with previous candidates
• Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries and complaints.
• Other tasks as determined by the needs of the business.
You need to have
• The ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organise your own workload to meet targets.
